Terms & Conditions – Payments

1. Payment Overview

These Payment Terms apply to all users of the EazyWay platform, including Job Seekers, Job Buddies, and Recruiters, who engage in financial transactions related to referral rewards, subscriptions, or other services provided through the platform.

2. Subscription Plans

Job Seeker Plans:

  • ₹99 Basic Plan: Access to referral-based job listings and ability to offer reward bids.
  • ₹299 Premium Plan: Includes all Basic features plus access to open jobs that don't require offering a reward.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated, except in the event of technical failure or double payment.

3. Referral Reward Payments

Job Seekers may offer referral rewards in two formats:

  • Referral Amount Only – Paid upfront to the platform for successful referral.
  • Amount on Successful Hire – Paid only when the job seeker is hired via referral.

4. Platform Fee and Taxes

  • Platform Fee: EazyWay charges a 10% service/platform fee on the referral reward amount.
  • GST: GST will be levied only on the platform fee as per applicable government tax regulations.
  • The net payable to Job Buddy = Referral Reward – Platform Fee – GST on Platform Fee.
  • A detailed invoice will be generated and available in the user's account dashboard.

5. Payout Terms for Job Buddies

Payouts will be processed:

  • Upon successful confirmation of referral submission (for "Referral Amount Only").
  • Upon confirmation of hiring by the recruiter/employer (for "Amount on Successful Hire").

Payment Timeline: Funds will be disbursed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹1,000/- INR. Amounts below this threshold will be carried forward.

6. Refund Policy

Refund on Unsuccessful Hire:

  • If a referral does not lead to a successful hire, the Job Seeker can request a refund of the reward amount (for upfront paid rewards).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of referral closure or rejection.
  • Platform fee and GST are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or wallet within 7–10 working days.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any payment disputes must be reported within 15 days of the transaction.
  • EazyWay will investigate and attempt to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
  • EazyWay's resolution will be considered final and binding.

8. Payment Methods

  • Accepted methods: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Digital Wallets.
  • Ensure correct banking details are submitted for payouts. EazyWay is not liable for failed transactions due to incorrect information.

9. Modification of Terms

  • EazyWay reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified via platform announcements or email of significant changes.
