As a Product Designer at Eazyway, you'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences that drive engagement and trust.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Define and track design metrics to measure impact
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Contribute to brand guidelines and visual identity
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design experience at a tech company
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for HR tech or marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Illustration or iconography skills
- Experience working in a startup environment
