Lead the development of Eazyway's user-facing applications, building performant and accessible interfaces that serve millions of users.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll architect scalable frontend solutions, mentor team members, and drive technical decisions that shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build complex frontend features using React and Next.js
- Drive technical decisions on frontend architecture and tooling
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and reviews
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on the team
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ship features
- Contribute to the frontend build and deployment pipeline
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation
- Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Open source contributions
- Experience in startup environments
