As a Marketing Manager, you'll own the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion — building campaigns that resonate with job seekers, referrers, and hiring companies alike.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Plan and manage content marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels
- Collaborate with product and design teams on go-to-market launches
- Build and nurture partnerships with industry influencers and media
- Develop email marketing workflows and nurture sequences
- Report on KPIs and present insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing experience in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing HR tech or marketplace products
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with influencer and community marketing
- Video production or podcast experience
