Job seekers offer a referral amount to Job Buddies. Once a candidate is successfully hired through a referral, the Job Buddy receives the reward. Here’s how the Eazyway Referral System works:
Job Seeker Posts Profile
A Job Seeker will post his/her profile to the Job Buddy with the referral amount. Job Seekers' skills, experiences and other details will be visible to the referring professional.
Browse & Review Profiles
Job Buddy can browse and review profiles, including the Job Seekers' referral bonus amount.
Submit Referral
Job Buddies select candidates based on their skills and experience and refer them to the organisation through our Eazyway job referral platform.
Receive Initial Reward
Once a referral is submitted by the Job Buddy, a 10% of the referral amount is rewarded immediately.
Get Hired & Full Reward
If the referred candidate is successfully hired by the organization or company, a full reward amount is awarded to the Job Buddy. (minus 10% platform fee).
Nominal Platform Fee
Eazyway deducts a nominal 10% platform fee for every successful reward payout. This is done purely to ensure the referral system remains smooth & well-maintained.
